Returns & Exchanges

At Dryeye Rescue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
